*** This Event is held the same night as Squid Prom, there will be no coaches attending this event *** Blackhawk Country Club Sports Complex Start: 3:00 PM Warm-up: 1:30 PM This is a swim meet for swimmers trying to qualify for county championships, besides the regular season meets. Per swimmer: splash fee $10, plus $8 per event to be paid for by the family. Registration DUE July 21st by 10 am No Exceptions if you would like to register through SSC LOCATION: Blackhawk Country Club Sports Complex - 1098 Eagle Nest Place, Danville, CA 94506 COST: $10 splash fee per swimmer, $8 per event for each event per swimmer (no limit on the number of events) RESULTS: Meet results will be posted on Meet Mobile and hoxswim.com SET-UP AREA: Teams may set-up starting at 1:00 PM T-SHIRTS: $20 a shirt - limited availability WARM-UP TIMES:

2023 Woodlands Invitational
Woodlands Cabana Club

Woodlands Cabana Club, 111 Longleaf Drive Start: 9:00 AM End: 4:00 PM (estimated) This is a large invitational meet with preliminary events in the morning and finals after lunch. The Medley Relay, 11-18 IM, Free and Breast for all ages on Saturday and the Free Relay, 7-10 IM, Back and Fly for all ages on Sunday. The meet has limited entries per event so not all swimmers will be entered. SATURDAY EVENTS (please sign in to this event if your swimmer is available for INDIVIDUAL EVENTS [Free, Breast, 11-18 IM] all day on Saturday) and/or Relays: ■ Free, Breast Trials SUNDAY EVENTS (please sign in to this event if your swimmer is available for INDIVIDUAL EVENTS [Back, Fly, 7-10 IM] all day on Sunday) and/or Relays: ■ Back and Fly Trials Teams are limited to a maximum of three (3) entries per individual event, with the I.M. considered an individual event. Individual swimmers are limited to a maximum of two (2) individual events and two (2) relays. Each team is allowed to enter one relay for each relay event The Woodlands Invitational will be following USA swimming regulations for 12 & Under Tech Suits. All attending families will need to work a job at the meet, which does not count towards regular season jobs. Saturday SSC warmups will be 8:30-8:40 Lanes 4-6 Check the Woodlands Invitational website for real time information including the afternoon finals program, when released. |
