This is a qualifying meet. See qualifying times on the "Records" tab on our website. Events are as follows. Trials are in the morning and the top 20 qualify for Finals in the afternoon. Warm ups are 7:15-8:30am for all swimmers and 8:30-8:50am for 8&Under only. Please follow instructions from meet officials and lifeguards during all warmup periods. There are no assigned lanes for teams during any warmup periods.

County will follow 12&Under tech suit regulations like the other recent Invitational meets. Click here for more information and a list of approved suits for 12&Unders.

LOCATION: Blackhawk Country Club Sports Complex - 1098 Eagle Nest Place, Danville, CA 94506

ENTRY DEADLINE: Will be closing entries Wednesday July 15th at noon to allow time to submit entries as a team

COST: $12 splash fee per swimmer, $10 per event for each event per swimmer (no limit on the number of events)

SET-UP AREA: Teams may set-up starting at 1:00 PM- NO EARLY ENTRY

VENDORS: - Elsmore Swim Shop (swim apparel, equipment, fast suits & event t-shirts), Kona Ice and Tattoo artist

WARM-UP TIMES:

MEET START: 3:00 PM

ARRIVAL: No check-in is required unless you are scratching any events.

RULES:

• Fly overs will be used.
• All events will swim fast to slow.
• All events are timed finals.
• Events will be timed using (2) timers and touchpads.

ATHLETES:

• Psych Sheet will be posted Saturday July 18 at 10AM. IMMEDIATELY contact HOX computers at [email protected] with any concerns or corrections.
• Meet program will be available by July 19 at 9AM @ hoxswim.com.
• Please communicate scratches to the computer desk. Scratches are non-refundable.
• Fast suits are permitted per USA swim rules

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

• Blackhawk Country Club will have food and beverages available for purchase. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
