2025 Pre-season Schedule (April 1 - June 6)
Afternoon workouts begin April 1st and run Monday - Friday.
Mini Squids workouts run Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri - NO WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

IMPORTANT COACH NOTES
Parents please make sure that your swimmer is prepared and ready to swim 5 minutes prior to the start of posted practice time. Suits, goggles, and caps should be on, and fins should be in hand (ages 7-up). During pre-season all swimmers are to gather under the canopies on the block end of the pool and meet the coaches. It is important that the swimmers are present for the first 5 minutes of practice as this is where coaches will give initial instruction and outline the days events.
All swimmers who have hair that may interfere with proper technique must wear swim caps. If a coach asks that your child be in a cap, please make sure your swimmer makes the necessary change. All swimmers should have fins and bring them to practice daily.
