9 & Up Spring Clinic OPEN TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS March 4 - March 28, 2024 The Spring Clinic is for swimmers ages 9 and Up who are proficient in all 4 strokes and are looking to prepare for swim team or just improve on their Stroke Technique. will focus on all 4 strokes as well as starts and turns. Spring clinic is from 5:10-5:55pm - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This Clinic offers the option of 2 or 4 days per week and we encourage as many days as possible to get the most out of your pre-season training. 8 & Under Spring Clinics OPEN TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS March 4 - March 28, 2024 8 & Under Spring Clinic – This clinic is for swimmers ages 8 & Under who have had a minimum of 1 season of swim team. Each group will work to their skill level and stroke knowledge working on all 4 strokes as well as starts and turns. 8 & under Spring Clinic is from 4:30-5:00pm - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This is a qualifying meet. See qualifying times on the "Records" tab on our website. Events are as follows. Trials are in the morning and the top 20 qualify for Finals in the afternoon. IM and Relays are timed finals only. Also see the County website: https://contracostacountymeet.com/home for more information. Saturday August 5th, 9am startFreestyle Trials Freestyle Finals Sunday August 6th, 9am start Warm ups are 7:15-8:30am for all swimmers and 8:30-8:50am for 8&Under only. Please follow instructions from meet officials and lifeguards during all warmup periods. There are no assigned lanes for teams during any warmup periods. Lafayette Swim Conference Last Chance Meet

NEW this year! Lafayette Swim Conference (LSC) is hosting a Last Chance Meet at Acalanes! This is not a team-sponsored swim meet but swimmers are welcome to sign up individually. Coaches do not plan to attend. Individuals must pre-register online via FastSwims.com - Swimmer splash fee is $10 and each swim entry is $7. Limited deck entries will be available for open lanes only. There are no restrictions on entry time, number of swims, or number of events. Registration closes July 28th at 12pm or whenever the meet sells out.
