Parking Pass Link: On sale 6/20 @ 9am: https://www.gomotionapp.com/team/recwcscwcsc/page/all-city Creek All City Meet Clarke Memorial Pool at Heather Farm Park, 1750 Heather Drive Walnut Creek Start: 9:00 AM End: 4:00 PM (estimated) This is a two day meet with 10 competing recreational teams from the City of Walnut Creek. All City brings over 1,800 swimmers and their families together to participate in a community event where every athlete has a chance to contribute to the success of his or her team. The meet will begin at 9:00 AM and will conclude at about 4:30 PM each day. The schedule this year is as follows: Saturday Sunday USA Swimming rules for tech suits for 12&Under swimmers WILL be enforced this year at both All City and County swim meets. Parking will be available for purchase (TBD) Warm-Ups 7:50-8:10 Lane 2. We will be racing in Lanes 3 and 4. |

9/10 Coaches Outing
Clayton Valley Bowl
Start: 1:15 PM
End: 3:30 PM
The outing will be at Clayton Valley Bowl, 5300 Clayton Road, Concord from approx. 1:30 - 3:30. Please arrive by 1:15 if possible so we have time to set up lanes and shoes. Cost is $25 and includes 2 hrs. of bowling, shoe rental, snacks, and lots of laughter and bonding with Coaches and Teammates. Feed your swimmer first, we will just have waters and a treat! You will be billed in July along with any team splash fees. |

Swim -a- Poolza & Pancake Breakfast & Buddy Day

For our new Squid families...think Walk-a-Thon/Bike-a-Thon and that's what Swim-A-Poolza is!!! Last year we were fundraising for our pool resurfacing and the kids raised just over $8,500.00. This year we are fundraising for our future maintenance needs. Each swimmer has a page set up through 99 pledges, with a link they can send to friends and family to collect pledges for their swim! (See link below). The link will be active until July 15th!!! So it's time to reach out to those aunts, uncles, grandparents and besties! Prizes this year include a FREE Fall Swim Registration, In-n-Out Gift Card & Swag, and MyYo! We will announce the winners at Awards Night! Search for your swimmer by their first name and last initial. Here is the link: 2025 Swim-A-Pooloza Swim Times: 11&Ups 8:30-9:15 9/10 9:25-9:55 7/8 10:05-10:35 6&Under 10:45-11:15 Pancake Breakfast starts serving at 9am. Kids can join in before or after they swim. Buddies will be given out as well! *This is in lieu of swim practice, normal practice will resume on Tuesday. *We will NOT have the Walking Program running today, it will resume on Tuesday. *Splash Crew Lessons as Normal |

7/8 Coaches Outing
Movie - Pleasant Hill Movie Theater

This outing is for the 7/8's Only. Cost is $25 and will include a movie and snacks with the coaches! Movie they will be seeing is How to Train Your Dragon rated PG at 1:30. Parents need to drop their 7/8 Swimmer off in front of the movie theather by 1:15, Pleasant Hill Cinemark Century Movie Theater. The movie running time is 2 hrs and 5 minutes so please return on time to pick-up. |

11 & Up Lock-In

11 & Up Swimmers Only! This event is for 11 & Up Squids ONLY! This fun event is a Scottsdale classic where the 11 and ups get to spend the night at the pool. There will be pizza, snacks, water, games, and muffins, bagels and juice the morning. The lock-in begins at 6:30pm and pickup is 8:00am on Sunday. They will need a sleeping bag and any blankets, pillows they want! Air mattresses are allowed but NO TENTS. Coaches will be locked-in with our group for the evening! Those 11 & Ups not wanting to spend the night can still attend, pick-up time is around 10pm. Cost is $20 per swimmer. You MUST RSVP to attend. |
